Turbo the word that always came out from a teenager or street racer fan that want to modify their car to get more horsepower per cubic of fuel. They can spend a lot of money so their car can equip with turbo technology. But what is actually turbo mean for.Turbo mean for Turbocharger. The working Principal of turbocharge are turbocharger is a small radial fan pump driven by the energy of the exhaust gases of an engine. A turbocharger consists of a turbine and a compressor on a shared shaft. The turbine converts exhaust to rotational force, which is in turn used to drive the compressor. The compressor draws in ambient air and pumps it in to the intake manifold at increased pressure, resulting in a greater mass of air entering the cylinders on each intake stroke.More air mean more oxygen for combustion. So more horsepower will produce per cycle of engine.(Source from wikipedia)
